Our rapid response and flexibility are combined with in-house research and development to support controlled design, development and implementation programmes.

This assures new and existing customers of timely, effective solutions to their resin requirements. We work directly with companies in over 25 countries worldwide so have experience and knowledge working in collaborative partnerships.

 Our in-house R&D has contributed to a number of different solutions including:

  • Epoxy resins including unsaturated products for snap cure and enhanced toughness.
  • Phenolic resins compliant in accordance with FST specifications for Aerospace and Rail
  • Hybrid materials providing unique properties for faster processing and improved performance
  • Bio based chemistries to support sustainability

From R&D samples up to 5kg, through to pilot plant batch scale up for extended customer trials, our volume manufacturing footprints supports quality, flexibility, value and service, utilising internationally recognised management standards for quality, safety and environmental control.

We have also developed exclusive market leading low free monomer products including a range of low free formaldehyde products (non-carcinogenic), low styrene, low phenol, anhydride free and phenol free products. You can read more about this in our news article here.
