Bitrez offers a high quality services including contract manufacturing, laboratory services and R&D. Our specialist team are on hand with the leading equipment to assist with a range of specialist polymers and synthetic resins needs. This equipment is offered as a toll conversion service for companies who have requirements for short or long term processing. All of our toll conversion and contract manufacturing is conducted under confidentiality agreements and with total discretion.
Our manufacturing plant comprises of an extensive range of reaction units of varying capacity. We produce materials from laboratory scale, through pilot plant scale up and onto main plant processing varying from 3000 – 16000 litre capacity.
We have exceptional cooling facilities to accommodate high reactivity resins and can operate at temperatures up to 300℃. Reactors are made of glass lined stainless steel and are configured for azeotrope, reflux and distillation under atmospheric or vacuum condition. Selected vessels have the capability to fractionate, deliver monomers and further components via drip-feed and/or sparge/blanket with inert gas.
Bulk facilities are available for raw materials and finished product and all products and processes are subjected to our safeguards, controls and QA system in addition to any additional requirements.
