Bitrez Collects and Donates Food to The Brick
I’d like to thank everyone within the Bitrez group who organised, collected and donated the food that was submitted to The Brick Queens hall action on poverty this month. It is particularly important to continue to support all types of charity events during these difficult and uncertain times and the contribution made by colleagues is heart warming.
The Brick organisation distributes food parcels throughout the borough and from the later part of March through to the end of June they provided over 4000 food parcels to people facing hardship. This is an increase of 276% over the same period last year demonstrating the need to support this worthy cause.
