Mayor Visit – Thursday 6th February 2025
On Thursday 6th February 2025, Paul H Jones FRSC had the privilege of meeting the Mayor, Cllr Parkinson in the Mayors chambers for a lengthy discussion covering the ground-breaking technology Paul has developed to help address environmental issues and health scares surrounding some specific substances of concern. Whilst initially discussing the Kings Award winning polymers derived from Cashew Nutshells the discussion quickly escalated to broader topics. Paul has a business employing approximately 100 people in the Standish area and the Mayor is a strong advocate for supporting the local community. From the nature of the interaction, it was evident there may be more discussions in the future.
